These terms apply to your use of bebyjoe.com. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Who we are
The website is operated by Kaweya, 8903 Glades Rd, Ste A8 #2232, Boca Raton, FL 33434, United States, on behalf of the artist Beby Joe. Contact: artists@kaweya.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to send a message or sign up for the newsletter. Bookings and contracts must be made by an adult with authority to agree to them.
3. Accounts
Visitors do not need, and cannot create, an account. The administration area is for authorized staff only; they must keep their password secret and report any unauthorized use. Attempting to access it without permission is prohibited.
4. Payments, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations and refunds
Nothing is sold on this website and no payments are taken. The newsletter is free and you can cancel it at any time. Performance bookings and other deals are agreed separately in writing; their own terms cover prices, cancellations and refunds. If we add paid features, we will update these terms first.
5. What you send us
You are responsible for the messages you send. Do not send content that is unlawful, offensive, or that you have no right to share. You allow us to use your message only to reply and handle your request.
6. Ownership and intellectual property
The music, recordings, videos, photographs, biography, the "Beby Joe" name and logo, and the website design belong to the artist, Kaweya or their licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to the website for personal, non-commercial use. Downloading, copying, or reusing content (including for training AI systems) requires our written permission. Press may request materials at artists@kaweya.com.
7. Acceptable use
Do not: break the law; send spam or automated submissions; try to bypass security checks or access restricted areas; overload or scan the website; collect information about other people; or impersonate anyone.
8. Third-party services
The website links to and can embed services such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Audiomack and SoundCloud. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Availability, suspension and termination
We may change, pause or stop the website at any time and do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may block access for anyone who breaks these terms.
10. Disclaimer
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Kaweya and the artist are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss above US$100, arising from your use of the website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer in your country.
12. Indemnity
If you break these terms or the law and this leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, to the extent the law allows.
13. Disputes and governing law
Please contact us first; we will try to resolve any problem informally within 30 days. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
